About Pensioner Fitness

Pensioner Fitness was started by Ian at age 73, when he realized how he was gaining strength and mobility, by training at home. So then he decided to help others to do the same. Far too many of us fall each year, with some 20% dying from falls, the majority of falls are preventable. Do not become a fall statistic.

This blog site is open to all who sign up for free membership, and all the age related content.
