There is no problem with eating. But, the more significant issue is that you have to feed your body food that is good for it. And this promotes your mental and physical health. But, when you don’t consume food in this way. Hence, you put yourself at risk of poor health, which is the real issue.

Furthermore, dementia refers to a group of diseases that causes cell degeneration in the brain. So then, it means you can no longer think correctly sound decisions or remember things very well. There is no cure for most forms of dementia. But, after numerous research studies, scientists found that people can slow down and prevent dementia if they change their diets.

Research has proven that a proper diet can keep you healthier and mentally alert as you age. There is a bunch of information about the topic, but it all comes down to a similar idea: Eat various natural foods.

Then this is because they soak them up instead of allowing them to roam freely and cause damage.

Omega-3 fatty acids assist with clearing up and preventing inflammation in the body. In addition, these fatty acids also promote general brain health and healthy ageing. Furthermore, both carotenoids and omega-3 fatty acids reduce oxidative stress and inflammation resulting in enhanced cognitive performance.

Making better food choices allows you to get more out of your brain. And are protecting it and looking after it to stay in good shape as you age. Therefore, before taking a bite or buying any food, ask yourself whether it is essential and beneficial.

You eat vegetables, fruits, seeds, whole grains, nuts, extra-virgin olive oil, spices, herbs, potatoes, and seafood with this diet. And all of these foods are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and carotenoids.

Yoghurt eggs, cheese, and poultry are consumed occasionally, as they can increase inflammation. Finally, foods prone to causing inflammation and oxidative stress are left to a minimum. And these include red meat, processed foods, sugar, refined oils, and refined grains.
